Stonewater

We've worked with Stonewater since we became an LLP in 2015.

We have approaching 1,400 homes either completed and occupied, on site or with planning in place and a start on site imminent.

Cherry Grove, Frome.

Blandford Brewery Phase 4.

Chapelfield, Oakhill.

Andover Road, Ludgershall.

Exeter City Council

Some of us started working with Exeter City Council in a previous life and we've worked with them as Baker Ruff Hannon since 2016 on a wide variety of fascinating projects., many of which are consultancy.

Some of the things that we've done / are doing:

St Sidwell's Point leisure centre - the UK's first certified Passivhaus wet and dry scheme.

Riverside Leisure Centre - public sector de-carbonisation fund works.

Exton Road - MRF replacement plant and upgrade project.

Envirohub - business case for the purchase of a building to become a new recycling hub.

MRF plant procurement to provide new and supplemental facilities at Marsh Barton.

London Borough of Southwark

We've been fortunate enough to be asked to help with work on their leisure portfolio, predominantly on the back of working relationships developed on previous schemes. As with ECC it has introduced us to some interesting and challenging schemes:

Canada Water Leisure Centre - we've provided support, advice and guidance on the shell building and been involved with the fit out.

Seven Islands Leisure Centre - a fascinating commission to help with the decommissioning of the 1960s built 'slipper baths' ready for redevelopment.

Magna Housing Association

A recent and very welcome addition to our client list. Again introduced through the strength of previous working relations at other housing associations. We have an interesting mix of S106 and own build opportunities with Magna, some on site and some in the pipeline:

Lodden Lakes - 28 units on a scheme with Taylor Wimpey.

Poundbury - 25 units on a development with Morrish Homes.
