We love Blandford, so much so that we're going back there for our 4th scheme, with Stonewater. This image shows the public art commissioned by Stonewater to reflect the history of the site. Blandford Phase IV is a further development on the old Hall and Woodhouse brewery site with Helix. This adds to our previous shared ownership, affordable rent and off the shelf schemes that were developed with Vistry. Planning has been submitted and we're just awaiting a decision.

CGI of the entrance to Mulberry Meadows in Castle Cary, a development of 125 mixed tenure Affordable Housing units with generous gardens, public open space, wild flower meadow and orchard.

Affordable housing units as part of a S106 purchase in an exclusive development at Keinton Mandeville. The Blue Lias stone dressing was extracted from the quarry that formed the site.

Affordable housing development at the former Park School in Yeovil providing 29 homes, a combination of houses and flats for Stonewater. The homes were handed over in 2025 with the final residents taking occupation just before Christmas.
