We're nearing the conclusion of Mulberry Meadows at Wayside Farm with Stonewater. This development has delivered 125 homes that are a combination of shared ownership, affordable rent and rent to buy.

The development provides a LEAP, informal play space and an orchard with wildflower meadow.

We've delivered over 1,200 homes in the last 10 years. We were asked to demonstrate our experience of housing in a recent bid, so we did some research.

Over 1,250 homes delivered or on site with a mix of open market, shared ownership and rented properties for developers, Registered Providers and Local Authorities and over 150 of these are Passivhaus.
