He's Arrived

Handovers have started on our affordable housing scheme with Stonewater.

The scheme of 24 units a mix of houses and flats is phase 2 of the project.

The scheme was started by Acheson before their demise and has been picked up by Ashcot Construction and delivered very quickly with little delay. It's an open book contract and is due to be delivered on budget.

We've been commissioned by a London Borough to help them look at their leisure estate and undertake some modernisation.

First small scheme is the refurbishment and upgrade to some of the changing facilities.

We've also looked and scoped adding additional WC facilities to the leisure centres in their portfolio.

We've delivered over 1,200 homes in the last 10 years. We were asked to demonstrate our experience of housing in a recent bid, so we did some research.

Over 1,250 homes delivered or on site with a mix of open market, shared ownership and rented properties for developers, Registered Providers and Local Authorities and over 150 of these are Passivhaus.

Our smallest scheme is 2 units and the largest development to date is 125 units of all affordable accommodation

Well the secret is out of the bag.

Richard Quarry joined us in early April to take up a position as a Partner.

Richard has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the residential sector, which is also a specialism for us. The plan is for Richard to help us grow the business with new clients and strengthen our capability with existing clients.
